FAQ

What is your average turnaround?

Most orders have a 1-2 days turnaround.  We do make them as they're ordered so sometimes it could take take an extra day or so. We do not pre-make the items so, we may have to wait on an order of blanks to come in.

Do you all accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days in the event that there is an error on our part or damaging in shipping. We will gladly remake your item with sufficient evidence of production errors.  No returns on custom orders.

Do you offer bulk discounts on multiple items?

Yes!  Inquire with us about that.

Will my order have a tracking number?

YES!  We ship every order with tracking, even our stickers.

 

Customization

Are you able to create a custom item or design?

Yes, please reach out to us and we would be happy to work with you on a customized item.  We can walk you through the steps if needed.

Are you able to use my logo for customizations?

Yes.  SVG, PNG and JPG can be used to make your item.

How do I give you a photo for a customized tumbler or shirt?

Great question!  Under the customized product, there is an "IMAGE UPLOAD" button.  There is a 10MB file limit and we do only accept photo files (PNG, SVG and JPG).  You can crop, resize and rotate after it has been uploaded.  For best results, please make sure it is at least 300dpi x 300dpi or your image will be blurry. 

What about adding a name?

You can add a name to any of our tumblers.  There is a $1.00 fee for adding a name or wording. There is an "ADD NAME" button within each product before you add it to your cart.  We do not have a preview button, yet.  If you have a preference in placement, we are just a message away.

 

Shipping

Will you ship international?

We are happy to ship to other countries, however, additional taxes and import fees required by the receiving country will be the responsibility of the customer at time of delivery. If you do not see the desired country/territory at checkout please let us know  

Do you offer local pick up?

For the safety of our shop, local pickup is not available.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE for the very foreseeable future.  We pride ourselves with being able to offer what a lot of shops do not - professionalism, perfectionism, speedy turnaround AND free shipping!!

 

Tumblers

Are they dishwasher safe?

Yes.  To a degree.  They will not fall apart but there is a chance of fading so we recommend hand washing in warm, soapy water.

Will the design peel and fall off?

Nope.  These are sublimated which means the image is baked on.  No smearing.  No fading.  No peeling.  No flaking.  Just take care of it - it'll be bright and you'll be using it forever. Makes the perfect gift!

What brand tumblers do you use?

We use Hogg Tumblers, exclusively.

 

Shirt/Hoodie

How should I wash and dry the shirt and/or Hoodie?

Turn Inside Out: Flip the shirt inside out before washing to protect the design.
Water Temperature: Use cold or lukewarm water for washing.
Detergent: Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softener and bleach.
Tumble Dry low or hang dry.

What brands do you use?

We only use Gildan brands.  Our t-shirts are the "softstyle" (4.5 oz 100% ringspun cotton) and our hoodies are "heavy cotton" (8oz 50/50 cotton/poly).  Both have tear away labels.  Both are also suuuuper comfy.

What color shirts/hoodies do you offer?

We carry 16 different colors in both the shirt and hoodie.  If we don't have a color you want - send us a message and we can almost always get the color you're after.  Except for our Monty Python Black Knight - that one only comes in dark gray and black because of how the image was created.

Sizes?

We only stock S-2XL, but can get you almost any size.  Larger sizes may cost a little extra.

Long Sleeves or Crewneck?

You guessed it - we can get it for you.  We aim to please!!
